The second stone is in the master bedroom of the Proudspire Manor, which players can purchase for 25,000 after they complete " The Man Who Cried Wolf" quest. Of the two Barenziah Stones in Solitude, one can be found in the Blue Palace on the shelf in Jarl Elisif, the Fair's home. Of note, the Barenziah Stones in Skyrim do not have to be obtained in any particular order.
